Tucked into a dense urban block, this 6-unit multi-family residence reimagines the rhythm of the streetscape through refined simplicity and tactile detail. At just under 10,000 square feet, the building makes an intentional mark—its façade a quiet study in shadow, repetition, and craft, with articulated brickwork offering richness at the pedestrian scale. Natural light filters through carefully placed windows, creating serene interiors that invite daily life to unfold with ease.
