Located at 312 Pacific Avenue, this 4-story mixed-use building brings together 14 refined residences and 2 ground-level commercial spaces, all thoughtfully integrated into the fabric of Jersey City’s vibrant historic corridor. The design reflects the spirit of the neighborhood while embracing modern sensibilities—clean geometry, expansive glazing, and warm brickwork create a grounded presence that resonates with the energy of the block. Every detail was crafted to enhance connection—to place, to light, to life.
