Rising with quiet confidence in the heart of Jersey City, 202 Merseles Street is a 16-unit multifamily residence that brings together clean modernism, contextual materiality, and human-centered design. At just under 30,000 square feet, the building makes a strong architectural statement through its sculpted metal panels, rhythmic window patterns, and the interplay of brick and board-formed concrete. Inside, the spaces are filled with light and crafted for real life—offering residents a sense of both refinement and grounding. Topped with a rooftop shared space, the building encourages connection, retreat, and a new rhythm of city living—one that feels intentional, rooted, and distinctly personal.
